• Bring your own tools.


• Pay the $2.00 gate entrance fee. 25% of yard entry fee goes to support local Detroit Charities.


• Sign the waiver to enter the yard.


• Must be 18 or older to enter the yard.


• No open toe shoes or sandals allowed.


• T-Shirt required to enter the yard.


• No jacks, propane or used auto parts allow.


• All toolbags and boxes are open for inspection upon entering and exiting the yard.
